‘Hearty’ by Eddy Crowley. I was thinking along the lines of a chef when I painted this, my ingredients being colours. I started by inking the background, then just followed the flow of the piece, decided on colours and the mix, then applied with a palate knife technique or two, let it dry. I usually have 4 or 5 canvases that I work on randomly until I am happy with the final result. finish 1 and start a new 1. I have a short attention span and having various projects on the go at once makes me much more productive.
